Procurement Hub is proud to have played a role in the transformative Church Lane North regeneration project, delivered for our member Beyond Housing.
This work has seen the revitalisation of over 300 homes in the Grangetown area of Greater Eston, Redcar and Cleveland.
Through our Development Contractors DPS, Equans UK is bringing this vision to life. The project has not only delivered much needed affordable housing but also created a thriving community hub, offering residents a space to connect and grow.
Key elements of the regeneration include:
- Refurbishment of existing homes: Significant improvements to existing properties, including new roofs, external wall insulation, and enhanced energy efficiency.
- Demolition and new build: Creating a modern, streamlined layout with a mix of new-build homes to cater to diverse housing needs.
- Enhanced green spaces: Transforming underutilised areas into beautiful, community-focused green spaces.
- Community engagement: Working closely with residents to shape the project and create a lasting positive impact.
The success of the Church Lane North regeneration is a testament to the power of collaboration. By working closely with Beyond Housing and Equans, they have been able to deliver a project that not only meets the housing needs of the community but also improves the overall quality of life for residents.
This project highlights the vital role that Procurement Hub plays in supporting ambitious regeneration schemes across the region. By providing access to a pool of experienced and qualified contractors, we help to deliver projects that make a real difference to people’s lives.
