Meet Our New Client Relationship Coordinator, Stephanie Finley!

We’re excited to introduce Stephanie Finley, the newest member of our Client Relationship team! Stephanie will be helping us reconnect with members and provide additional support, ensuring every client feels heard and valued.

To help you get to know her a little better, we asked Stephanie a few questions:

What excites you most about joining the team?
I’m really excited about this new opportunity! I can’t wait to meet more people, build strong relationships, and show what I can bring to the team. I love connecting with others, learning new things, and being part of something that makes a positive impact. For me, it’s all about working together and creating an environment where everyone feels supported and valued.

How will you be supporting our members?
My goal is to be approachable, reliable, and always ready to help. I want members to feel confident coming to me with any questions or challenges whether they need guidance, clarification, or just a friendly point of contact. I’m committed to making every interaction smooth, positive, and solution focused, while building trust through clear communication and follow-through.

What’s one thing members should know about you?
I’m someone who loves connecting with people whether that’s sharing a laugh, having a good chat, or just being a friendly face. I enjoy helping others and finding solutions, but I’m also big on keeping things positive and making people feel comfortable. I’m always open to new ideas, learning new things, and getting to know people. Whether you need a bit of support, someone to listen, or just a light hearted moment in your day, I’m always happy to be that person.

Favourite way to unwind?
I’m all about cosy, calming vibes when it’s time to recharge. My ideal evening looks like a bubble bath, brand new PJs (despite already owning far too many!), fresh bedding, a face mask, a tub of ice cream unfortunately having to share with my partner Kane and little boy Henry. Finishing it off with good reality TV show. It’s my perfect way to switch off and reset after a busy day.

One thing you can always count on me for:
Consistency and follow through. If I commit to something, you can trust it will get done and done to a high standard. I take pride in being dependable and detail oriented. You can also count on me to bring positivity, enthusiasm, and uplifting energy to the team.

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional support to our members, our Client Relationship team is growing to ensure no client goes unheard. Our new coordinator will focus on engaging with members who may not have had recent interactions with us, helping us reconnect and provide tailored support where it’s needed most.
