This four year framework  has been established through a rigorous open market procurement process. It offers a reliable and efficient route for organisations, including those in Housing, Health, Education, and Local Authorities to procure essential materials for repairs, maintenance, and development projects.

To ensure customers receive the most expert and cost-effective service, the framework is divided into four specialist Lots:

  • Lot 1: General Building Materials (Travis Perkins, Huws Gray Ltd, Jewson)

  • Lot 2: Plumbing & Heating Materials (City Plumbing Supplies, Wolseley UK Ltd, Travis Perkins)

  • Lot 3: Electrical Materials (To be awarded)

  • Lot 4: One Stop Shop (Huws Gray Ltd, Travis Perkins, Jewson)

With a combined network of over 3,000 branches across the UK, this framework ensures accessibility and consistency in service delivery, no matter your location.
